As the Team Coordinator, you will be coordinating the care team for clients. Managing and directing to help provide exemptional care in assisting the clients remain safely at home.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• Ability to travel up to 15% of time

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff scheduling for all staff members.
• Provide support and assistance to management personnel.
• Open/close the facility and assist in other daily tasks as needed.
• Assist in daily office operations as well as any other duties associated with the management of an executive assistant position.
• Maintain office supplies, document filing, etc., in an accurate and complete manner to comply with organizational policies and procedures as well as with external standards and standards governing staff access.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
